In order to ensure further sustainable development in the Lithuanian market, we invite a qualified Technical Consultant to join our team. Your main mission will be to create added value for our partners – plumbing and heating system installers, ensuring the highest level of technical support and availability of Viega systems in facilities.
Your responsibilities:

- Market development and education: Targeted visits to plumbing and engineering system installers' companies throughout Lithuania, presenting the latest Viega piping and pressing systems ("Sanpress Inox", "Temponox", "Prestabo") solutions.
- Technical consultations: Professional consulting of installers at construction sites. Conducting technical seminars and product demonstrations, revealing the efficiency and safety of our pressing technology.
- Building long-term relationships: Building and nurturing trust-based, long-term partnerships with existing and new customers, representing the values of the premium brand.
- Strategic collaboration: Close collaboration with colleagues. Your contribution to the installer segment will ensure sustainable sales results and complement the overall sales strategy in major projects.
- Market monitoring: Continuous monitoring and analysis of engineering systems market trends in order to respond to customer needs in a timely manner.
Employee requirements
- Sales experience: Successful experience in active B2B sales is required (preferably in the engineering, building materials or HVAC sectors).
- Driving license: You have a valid category B driving license and are ready for active mobile work (constant travel around Lithuanian construction sites).
- Independence and organization: You are independent, proactive, able to plan your time and customer visits in a structured way and are result-oriented.
- Technical competence: You have excellent engineering understanding. You are able to quickly absorb technical information and convey it to customers in a clear and reasoned manner.
- Communication and representation: You are distinguished by a high level of communication culture, the ability to listen to customer needs and professionally represent an international corporation.
- Languages: You are fluent in Lithuanian and English (German is an advantage).
