Main responsibilities:
- Organize and conduct training and competency development courses for train maintenance and repair employees
- Conduct theoretical and practical knowledge assessment, provide recommendations on employee qualifications
- Prepare relevant training programs and training materials based on technical maintenance documentation
- Analyze employee work and provide suggestions for process improvement and training content correction
- Monitor employee competencies and provide insights
- Develop and implement innovative training methodologies using modern technologies and artificial intelligence tools
- Analyze training methods, forms and systems applied in the market
What do we expect?
- Higher or higher technical education
- Work experience in the railway or other transport sector (would be an advantage)
- Knowledge of technical legislation
- Experience in training employees (would be an advantage)
- Fluent Lithuanian, Russian (not lower than B2), English skills
- Ability to present, conduct training
- Skills in working with basic MS Office programs
- Knowledge of clerical and document preparation rules
- Excellent communication skills, organization
