Job Description
- You will consult with clients, find out their needs and offer the most suitable technical solution
- You will go to the facilities, take measurements, coordinate the dimensions and specifications of the structures
- You will prepare commercial offers and manage the project from order to installation
- You will cooperate with production, installers and suppliers
- You will ensure that the deadlines, budget and quality are as promised to the client
Employee requirements
Required
- Drawings. You know how to read them and draw a quick, simple drawing or sketch in AutoCAD.
- Technical knowledge. You understand structures, dimensions and why some solutions don't work. We don't ask for a diploma — we value knowledge, not paper.
- Numbers. Areas, percentages, Excel. Half of this job is exactly that.
- Category B driver's license. You won't be able to drive to the facilities without it.
- Neat written Lithuanian — you will write proposals for clients.
- Basics of English.
- You keep your word. This is important to us.
- experience in the field of construction, windows, glass or terraces.
- experience working with private clients.
- technical or engineering education.
- you are not afraid to use artificial intelligence tools.
