Technical Sales Manager

UAB "Contract Pharma Solutions" (CPS) is looking for someone who would help our clients turn their product ideas into real production projects and at the same time grow CPS sales in Lithuania and international markets.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?
You will delve into the products - you will understand the composition of dietary supplements, raw materials, production technologies and our production capabilities. It is not necessary to know everything on the first day of work. The most important thing is the desire to understand.

You will work with clients from different countries

You will turn a product idea into a project! A client may come with only the thought: "We want to create a magnesium product." Your job will be to help refine the need and, together with CPS technologists, product development, supply, quality and production teams, take the project to a specific commercial offer.

Traveling for work. You will participate in international food supplement, pharmaceutical and nutraceutical exhibitions, meet with potential clients and partners.

YOU ARE PARTICULARLY SUITABLE FOR US IF:

you have or are about to complete a natural science education: chemistry, biochemistry, pharmacy, biology, food technology, chemical engineering or a similar field;

you are a final year student or have already completed your studies and want to use your technical knowledge not only in the laboratory;

you speak and write English well, because a large part of the communication will be with foreign clients;

you like to communicate with people and are not afraid to make the first contact;

you are curious, proactive and want not only to complete tasks, but also to see your result;

Experience in B2B sales would be an advantage, but not necessary if you have a strong natural science background, commercial thinking and want to learn sales.
