Technical Product Manager

In this position, you will be responsible for:

• Maintenance of the Beam Routing product line, which includes about 40 optomechanical devices used in scientific systems
• Supporting production, service, sales and marketing on technical issues
• Development, testing, introduction into production of new products
• Approval and implementation of changes to the product mechanics, optics, electronics, software and other parts
• Development and implementation of the product line development strategy
• Resolving discrepancies related to the technical part of the product and the production process

The team expects you to:

• Have a degree in physics, a master's degree in laser physics is an advantage
• Have at least 2 years of work experience in a laser laboratory: in production, service or research and experimental development (R&D) and have a good understanding of production processes
• You are communicative, attentive, do not shy away from responsibility and are not afraid to make decisions
• Have a good understanding of the operation and design of optomechanical components

After the probationary period, an additional variable remuneration part is awarded, linked to your and the team's results, which can reach up to 15% of the half-yearly remuneration.
