We are looking for a Project Manager with practical experience in welding, who understands the specifics of technical work well and would like to use their experience in managing projects, coordinating teams of employees and contributing to the assessment of specialist competencies.
This is a position for someone who wants to not only administer projects from the office, but also go to the project site if necessary, help to smoothly start a new project and assess the real situation on site.

💼 WHAT DO YOU DO?
- Organization and coordination of employee work in projects;
- Formation of teams according to project needs and employee competencies;
- Planning of employee distribution and rotations in projects;
- Monitoring and control of project costs, cost-effectiveness and profitability;
- Prompt resolution of technical and organizational issues arising during the project;
- If necessary, travel to the project site and coordination of the start of a new project;
- Assessment of practical welding skills of candidates and employees in our Training and Competence Center;
- Communication with employees, customers and the internal team of the company.
🎯 WHAT SHOULD WE EXPECT?
- Practical experience as a welder is required;
- Knowledge of welding work and technological processes;
- Ability to organize the work of employees and coordinate the team;
- Ability to read technical drawings;
- Experience in the position of foreman, foreman or work manager is an advantage;
- Experience in preparing project estimates, calculating work volumes and costs is an advantage;
- Knowledge of English, allowing communication in a working environment;
- Knowledge of Russian is an advantage;
- Category B driver's license;
- Ability to travel to projects in Lithuania and abroad as needed.
