🔩Main responsibilities:
- Plan and perform repairs, maintenance, commissioning and safety checks of forklifts and storage systems.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic and electronic faults using diagnostic equipment and software.
- Perform high-quality repair and refurbishment work in accordance with manufacturer and safety standards.
- Perform regular maintenance, including battery and electronics testing.
- Maintain technical documentation, reports, and communicate with customers.
- Independently manage spare parts, warehouse, returns.
- Take care of the company car and ensure its proper operation.
- Professionally represent the company during all customer service - provide advice and technical support.
✅ Requirements:
- Technical education (electromechanics, mechatronics or similar field) or relevant experience.
- Strong diagnostic and repair skills (mechanics, hydraulics, electronics).
- Ability to work independently, plan time effectively and provide high-quality services.
- Computer literacy (e-mail, mobile apps, service programs).
- Good communication skills, customer orientation.
- Category B driver's license and willingness to travel to customers.
- Good English and Lithuanian language skills (required for training and technical documentation).
