📝YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Distribution of tasks to coffee machine technicians according to locations and priorities;
- Coordination and control of coffee machine movement (physical tracking, status updates in the system, monitoring changes)
- Route planning for technicians in cities
- Planning of periodic service tasks
- Maintenance of service stock (filters, maintenance products and other goods necessary for the work of technicians)
- Equipment inventory
- Constant communication with the B2B department and technical support team
- Other tasks assigned by the direct manager
💭WE HOPE YOU:
- You are responsible and organized
- You have good planning skills
- You easily understand new systems and programs, you are computer literate
- You speak English
- You have experience in urban route planning or other logistics (advantage)
- You have technical knowledge of coffee machines (advantage)
