Nature of work:
- Procurement of technical goods and services, such as production equipment, building construction, repair, maintenance, etc.
- Continuous monitoring of market trends, proposing and implementing innovations in order to make purchasing processes more efficient
- Searching for new suppliers, establishing business relationships and maintaining relationships with existing suppliers
- Negotiations with suppliers in English/Lithuanian
- Conclusion of purchase and supply terms and contracts, management and control of existing ones
- Coordination of the purchase and supply process
- Reporting to management on achieved results and project progress.
For successful work you will need:
- Higher education (engineering, technical or management)
- Experience in procurement/supply (from 2 years).
- Experience in procurement and supply chain management (technical, project-based procurement or experience in technical sales in a manufacturing company would be an advantage)
- Experience working with technical project procurement (an advantage);
- Good knowledge of English, both spoken and written
- Ability to plan, organize work, systematize information;
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, respond quickly to changes and meet deadlines;
- Experience in reporting on procurement progress and results
- Excellent communication skills, independence and sense of responsibility.
