Preparation and updating of technological cards (TK).
Analysis and adjustment of the production process, technological indicators.
Selection and evaluation of raw materials.
Preparation of production technological documentation.
Quality control of the work of the company's catering departments.
The nature of the dietitian's work - preparation of menus for hospitals and nursing homes, taking into account the nutritional requirements of patients; preparation of dietary menus, creation of technological cards.

To perform the functions of a technologist: Have work experience in the field of catering and be familiar with production processes.
Be able to plan, organize and control production processes.
Have basic computer skills.
Be responsible, reliable.
Have a valid category B driver's license and your own car (lease).
Have good communication skills.
To perform the functions of a dietitian: it is necessary to have: a dietitian qualification or a dietetic treatment organization, dietetics and dietetic food preparation technologist.

PERIODIC DRIVING AND WORK IN THE COMPANY'S SUBSIDIARIES IN OTHER CITIES OF LITHUANIA TO PERFORM THE FUNCTIONS OF A TECHNOLOGIST. Working hours from Monday to Friday, 8:00-17:00.
WORK IN THE CITY OF KRETINGA TO PERFORM THE FUNCTIONS OF A DIETITIAN from Monday to Friday, 8:00-17:00.

2441-2975 €/mon. net
if you only perform the functions of a dietitian, the salary is 1849 EUR including taxes.
