Ensure that production processes run smoothly and in accordance with technological standards.
Analyze production indicators and make proposals for process improvement and efficiency.
Monitor the quality of raw materials, semi-finished products and the final product; ensure that products meet international and internal quality standards (IFS, BRS)
Prepare and update technological documentation, recipes, production instructions, work methods.
Document production processes, changes in technological standards, results and error analysis.
Participate in testing recipes in the production environment and assessing their quality.
Provide employee training on technological processes and quality requirements.

Employee requirements
Work experience in a food production company, at least 3 years;
Higher or higher education in the field of food technology;
Computer literacy;
English and Russian - written and spoken.
Analytical thinking, ability to systematize and summarize information;
Very good time management skills.
