Technologist

Technological documentation - preparation of drawings, instructions, diagrams and / or specifications;
Preparation of 3D models for production preparation - adaptation to Homag CNC, Pegasus woodworking equipment / turning equipment, preparation of CNC programs;
Administration of technological documentation - work with programs used in the company (ERP, Microsoft 365);
Introduction of new products into production - preparation of technological solutions, launch and transfer of trial batches to production;
Ensuring an efficient technological process - optimization of processing sequences, tools, clamping solutions and cutting modes;
Improvement of existing products - search for technological solutions, standardization of processes and implementation of new methods for efficiency and cost reduction;
Consulting and training colleagues on technological issues, conducting briefings for operators.

Technologist work experience (in a furniture manufacturing company - a big advantage);
Higher education in the field of engineering, technology;
Knowledge of CAD/CAM programs: AutoCad / Solidworks and / or Fusion 360 programs;
Good computer skills;
Knowledge of English
Logical and analytical thinking, ability to solve technical and process problems.
Attention to detail, responsibility, initiative, ability to work independently and in a team.

2200-3000 €/mon. gross
