TECHNOLOGIST

Monitoring, control and improvement of the technological process;
Development and implementation of new/existing recipes;
Preparation and updating of technological cards (TC);
Analysis and adjustment of the production process, technological indicators;
Selection and evaluation of raw materials;
Preparation of production technological documentation;
Quality control of the work of the company's catering departments.
PERIODIC DRIVING AND WORK IN THE COMPANY'S SUBDIVISIONS IN OTHER LITHUANIAN CITIES. Working hours from Monday to Friday, 8:00-17:00.

You have an education in food technology, catering;
You have work experience in the catering field and are familiar with production processes;
You are able to plan, organize and control production processes;
You have basic computer skills;
You are responsible, reliable;
You have a valid category B driver's license and your own car;
You have good communication skills.
