Join the UAB "Rietuva" team - a modern and growing manufacturing company where we value responsibility, initiative and continuous improvement. We are looking for a Technologist who will contribute to the development, improvement and efficiency of production technological processes.
Your responsibilities
- To create, control and improve the production technological process;
- To prepare production technological instructions, normative-technical documentation and work instructions;
- To establish, control and analyze the consumption rates of raw materials, materials and processing tools;
- To analyze quality indicators and solve quality problems;
- To calculate the cost of new products, to create a technological route;
- To participate in the implementation of new technologies;
- To control the quality of the product and process;
- To analyze the load and efficiency of production equipment;
- To provide proposals and implement actions to increase efficiency and solve problems;
- To draw and prepare design and production drawings of products;
- To implement LEAN methods.
What do we expect from you:
- Higher or higher education in the fields of manufacturing, construction or engineering;
- Similar work experience in a manufacturing company;
- Deep knowledge of process development, improvement and management;
- Very good knowledge of English and Lithuanian;
- Skills in working with SolidWorks, AutoCad, MS Microsoft Excel, MS Dynamics AX;
- Analytical thinking, independence, initiative, responsibility and diligence.
