Main responsibilities:
- Implementation of new products and technological processes in accordance with the requirements of the company and customers, ensuring high product quality.
- Supervision of technological processes and their continuous improvement.
- Close teamwork between different departments of the company.
- Search for effective technological solutions, their implementation and evaluation of results.
- Preparation and updating of technological documents.
- Analysis of the efficiency of production processes, monitoring of performance indicators, identification of non-conformities and initiation of their elimination.
We hope that:
- Have good planning and organizational skills.
- Able to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
- Have technical knowledge of electronic components and their assembly processes.
- Have experience working according to production and quality standards.
- You are communicative, like to work in a team and are able to negotiate constructively.
- You are proactive, responsible, able to analyze situations and make decisions.
- Speak English at least at level B2.
- Work well with Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Advantages:
- Education and/or work experience in electrical and automation engineering.
- Experience working with SolidWorks.
- Russian.
