NARBUTAS is currently looking for a technologist.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND GOALS:

• Develop and update technological processes and instructions.
• Ensure effective application of production technologies and adherence to technological discipline.
• Analyze and optimize production processes in order to increase productivity and reduce costs.
• Participate in the implementation of new products, technologies and equipment.
• Develop technological documentation and resolve technological issues.
• Cooperate with teams from production, quality, procurement and other departments.
• Provide proposals for process improvement and operational efficiency.

SUCCESSFUL JOB REQUIRED:

• Higher or higher technical education (in engineering, mechanics, technology or other related field).
• Experience as a technologist (advantage).
• Ability to analyze data, make decisions and solve problems.
• Good computer skills (MS Office); experience working with ERP systems would be an advantage.
• Knowing English (advantage).
• Responsibility, diligence and ability to work in a team.

SALARY:

Hourly wage: €17.27 - €19.06/hour excluding taxes.
Average monthly wage: €2,881 - €3,180/month excluding taxes, depending on actual hours worked.

The organization uses a time-based accounting system.

The final wage will depend on the experience and competencies.
