We are looking for a colleague who would join the company's team and contribute with their knowledge and skills to the implementation of the goals and objectives of the Klaipėda waste site of UAB "Toksika".

Your main tasks will be:
- Ensure smooth customer service and professional communication;
- Perform waste accounting and administer data in systems ("Finvalda", DVS, SABIS, GPAIS) (if you do not have experience - we train);
- Prepare contracts, their annexes and other documents;
- Organize and coordinate the daily activities of the site (work planning, distribution, control);
- Identify opportunities for improving processes and provide proposals for improving the efficiency of activities;
- Cooperate with the team and ensure order and quality of work at the site;
- Identify potential customers, establish relationships with business enterprises and private individuals, actively search for new cooperation opportunities;
- Other tasks assigned by the site manager.
We hope you:
- You have a higher education (an advantage - in the field of business management, economics, environmental protection or natural sciences);
- You can freely work with the "Microsoft Office" package (Outlook, "Excel", "Word", "PowerPoint", etc.);
- You are proactive, able to work independently, plan and organize your own and others' working time and manage several tasks simultaneously;
- You are able to independently organize work, prioritize tasks and make decisions;
- You are attentive, meticulous, responsible;
- You are quickly oriented, able to solve problems, anticipate situations;
- You are able to express your thoughts fluently and correctly in Lithuanian, both written and oral;
- You have a driver's license.
We will consider it an advantage:
- Work experience in the field of waste management;
- Experience working with the GPAIS (waste accounting) system;
- Proficiency in English.
