Join our team and become an important part of the hospitality business. We are looking for a responsible, analytical and organized specialist who will help ensure effective cost management and control of food and beverage processes.

- Food & Beverage Cost Analysis and Control;
- Preparation and maintenance of product standards, recipes and technological cards;
- Control of warehouse balances, write-offs and inventories;
- Analysis of purchasing, consumption and performance indicators;
- Provision and implementation of cost optimization solutions;
- Cooperation with kitchen, restaurant and administration teams;
- Data analysis and preparation of reports for management;
- Process improvement to achieve operational efficiency and quality assurance;
- Control to comply with established technological and quality standards.
Employee requirements
What we expect from the candidate:
- Previous work experience in a hotel or restaurant environment (required);
- Experience working with cost management, technology or F&B activity control is an advantage;
- Ability to analyze data and make decisions based on indicators;
- Diligence, responsibility and good work organization;
- Good computer skills;
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with different teams;
- Knowledge of the English language.
