Your main responsibilities will be:
- Improve and standardize packaging processes.
- Ensure the operation of robotic packaging lines and compliance with quality requirements.
- Analyze performance indicators, equipment efficiency and costs.
- Prepare packaging instructions and other technological documentation.
- Resolve challenges in production and packaging processes and implement improvements.
- Train employees and work closely with various teams.
To succeed in this position you will need:
- Higher or higher technical/engineering education (chemistry, furniture or woodworking);
- Work experience in a manufacturing company;
- In-depth knowledge of process development, improvement and management.
- Good knowledge of English and Lithuanian;
- Skills in working with SolidWorks, MS Microsoft Excel;
- Initiative, result-oriented, analytical thinking, responsibility, independence.
