Your main responsibilities will be:
- Develop and optimize production technologies and work methods;
- Prepare technological instructions, specifications and other related documentation;
- Set, control and analyze raw material, material and tool consumption rates;
- Analyze product quality indicators, production equipment loading and operational efficiency;
- Identify and solve challenges arising in the production process;
- Participate in implementing new technologies and process improvement solutions;
- Ensure the operation of production lines and compliance with quality requirements;
- Train employees and work closely with various teams.
To succeed in this position you will need:
- Higher or higher technical, engineering or technological education;
- Work experience in a manufacturing company;
- Good knowledge of Lithuanian and English;
- Skills in working with SolidWorks and MS Office programs;
- Analytical thinking and ability to make data-based decisions;
- Initiative, responsibility and result orientation;
- Diligence and ability to work independently.
We would consider the following as an advantage:
- Experience in applying Lean, 5S, Kaizen or other production process improvement methodologies;
- Previous experience in implementing or improving production technological processes;
- Knowledge of the mechanical and electrical parts of equipment.
