Development of new product recipes, improvement and optimization of existing recipes.

Development, implementation, maintenance and continuous improvement of technological processes.

Assessment of the suitability of oils, fats and other raw materials for production.

Supervision of technological processes for the production of biodiesel and other products made from oils.

Control of production parameters: monitoring of temperature, pressure, reaction time, raw material ratio and other technological indicators.

Conducting laboratory tests of raw materials, intermediate products and final products.

Determination, analysis of product quality indicators and assessment of compliance with technical requirements.

Development and improvement of laboratory testing methodologies.

Identification of causes of production discrepancies, quality deviations and proposal of solutions.

Preparation of technological documentation, production instructions, recipes and quality control procedures.

Cooperation with production employees to ensure a stable production process and uniform product quality.

Optimization of raw materials and production costs to increase production efficiency.

Higher or higher education in chemistry, chemical technology, biotechnology, food technology or a related field.

Work experience in chemistry, oil processing, biodiesel production or similar production would be a great advantage.

Practical knowledge of oils, fats and their processing technologies.

Understanding of technological processes and chemical reactions in biodiesel production.

Ability to develop, calculate, evaluate and improve product formulations.

Skills in conducting laboratory tests and interpreting results.

Ability to determine quality indicators of raw materials and final products.

Ability to independently analyze production processes and solve technological problems.

Ability to prepare technological documentation and quality control reports.
