Your work will be:
✔ Maintenance, improvement, optimization of the production technological regime;
✔ Preparation of technical documentation, equipment operating instructions;
✔ Laboratory testing of FRP (Fiber reinforced polymer) materials;
✔ Testing and implementation of new materials in production;
✔ Monitoring, analysis and adjustment/management of technological processes according to the results of laboratory tests;
✔ Assess the efficiency of operating technological processes, systematize and analyze data, prepare conclusions, make proposals for improving technological processes;
✔ Providing analysis of performed tests and NCR (Non-conformance report);
✔ Effective control of laboratory material stocks;
✔ Preparation of work instructions for testing FRP materials;
✔ Contribute to prototype projects.

Your experience and competencies:
✔ Technical or technological education
✔ Experience in production, technology or laboratory field would be an advantage
✔ English at least at B1–B2 level
✔ Good computer skills (MS Office package, Excel)
✔ Analytical thinking, initiative, result orientation and desire to constantly improve
✔ You are interested in technology and are looking for a place where you could realize your potential
