Currently, the process and technology management team at RETAL Lithuania is being strengthened, so we invite a Technologist to join.
Currently, the process and technology management team at RETAL Lithuania is being strengthened, so we invite a Technologist to join.
Main responsibilities:
- Analyze existing technological and production processes, develop standards.
- Make corrections to equipment parameters in order to ensure proper process and product quality.
- Initiate new processes in production, evaluate new projects.
- Participate in the development and introduction of new products into production.
- Prepare technological documentation, equipment operating instructions.
- Prepare a training program related to the production process, train and assess employee knowledge.
- Be interested in the market situation, initiate the implementation of new technologies in the company.
You will be a great team member if you:
- You will have a technical or engineering education.
- You will have at least 3 years of work experience in a similar position.
- You have studied English, Russian (would be an advantage) well and you will have excellent knowledge of Excel and other MS office tools.
- You will have knowledge of production technologies, quality regulations and production equipment operation procedures.
- You will be receptive to innovations and open to constant changes, you will want to learn.
- You will be able to offer new, effective and creative ways to improve the efficiency of the process.
- You will have excellent analytical thinking, good organizational and time planning skills, you are an initiative, independent and positive-thinking person.
