Nature of work
- Manage the departments of the department: plan work, allocate responsibilities and ensure that the planned results are achieved.
- Organize the design, development and maintenance of the company's technical infrastructure.
- Participate in the development and expansion of the company's services and products, contribute to their sales, implementation and maintenance projects.
- Improve work processes and look for solutions that help the team work more efficiently.
- Analyze local and global market trends, assess their significance for the services provided by the company.
- Assess technological risks of existing and planned services.
Employee requirements
- Higher technical education.
- At least 3 years of managerial experience.
- Experience in organizing the implementation, maintenance and development of IT and telecommunications solutions: physical and virtual networks, operating systems, software and hardware, and virtualization platforms.
- Ability to solve information security issues and assess the financial and operational efficiency of technological solutions.
- Ability to lead a team, set priorities, plan resources and monitor work progress.
- Clear communication, responsible approach to work and ability to cooperate.
- Good command of Lithuanian, Russian and English.
