Nord Energija (part of the E energija group) is an innovative energy TECHNOLOGY company and one of the leaders in the field of battery energy storage systems (BESS) in Lithuania and the Baltic region. The company develops and implements advanced energy solutions that help balance electricity supply and demand, increase grid stability and effectively integrate renewable energy sources.

Currently, the team is looking for a Technology Manager who will shape the company's technological direction, lead R&D and product development, in close cooperation with the engineering team and business units.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Analyze and continuously optimize existing product architectures to ensure performance, reliability, and scalability.
  • Adapt and adapt technology solutions to different projects and deployment models.
  • Develop and implement long-term technology direction, aligning it with business strategy.
  • Establish architectural standards and ensure their adherence across all systems and solutions.
  • Lead and develop internal engineering and software development teams.
  • Coordinate external technology partners and suppliers.
  • Ensure product compliance with cybersecurity standards and requirements.
  • Assess and manage technology risks by making high-level architectural decisions.
  • Contribute to strategic planning and investment decisions at the highest level of management level.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Significant experience in developing and/or improving technological products (HW or SW).
  • Experience in the energy sector (a big advantage).
  • Strong systems architecture competencies, including hardware and software integration.
  • Experience in implementing complex B2B technology projects.
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent English language skills (written and spoken).
