Pending Responsibilities:
- Formulate and implement the organization's technological progress and IT strategy;
- Initiate innovations and technological changes in the organization;
- Ensure the updating, modernization and smooth operation of information systems, as well as a high level of IT security, reliability and business continuity;
- Manage information systems development and IT infrastructure departments;
- Manage IT infrastructure (servers, networks, cloud solutions, security), cooperate with suppliers in implementing new technological solutions;
- Work with business leaders to achieve effective IT solutions.
We hope you:
- Has a higher university education in information technology, engineering, management or a similar field;
- Has at least 5 years of managerial experience in the field of IT and technological solutions;
- Able to manage large-scale IT projects, has experience working with IT system integrations and IT architecture projects;
- Has strategic thinking and is able to make technological decisions in a business context;
- Has strong leadership skills - able to assemble, develop and motivate a team;
- Has excellent negotiation, change management and decision-making skills;
- Fluent in Lithuanian and English;
- Has an impeccable professional reputation.
