MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- analyze and understand the purpose of technological solutions used at Lithuanian airports, the complexity of the tasks performed, synergy and processes;
- cooperate with internal users and owners of technological/IT products (e.g. operations, safety and security, personnel, accounting, public procurement, etc.) in order to understand their needs, identify problems, initiate and manage technology development solutions;
- prepare specifications for the problem and the proposed solution, including an analysis of products on the market, assess the benefits of the solution, provide an implementation schedule, budget, assess priority and potential impact on the achievement of the organization's strategic goals;
- work with external IT service providers: prepare tasks, supervise their implementation, test, ensure quality and adherence to deadlines and budget;
- coordinate the implementation of changes to technological products and systems: plan work, track progress, communicate with stakeholders;
- look for opportunities to optimize business processes using IT solutions;
- prepare reports on the progress of changes, budget, risks, problems and results.
- exercise control over contractual obligations for the development of the assigned technological product.
IMPORTANT FOR THIS POSITION:
- at least 2 years of experience working with the development of IT systems or technological products and
- ability to analyze business needs, identify problems (root cause analysis), propose
- practical experience in managing the development or implementation of technological solutions using Agile or
- ability to determine success indicators (KPI), prioritize needs and make decisions
similar methods);
- curiosity, desire to apply modern product development principles;
- strong communication, negotiation and collaboration skills, analytical thinking;
- experience in implementing technological solutions in the public sector, engaging in public
- higher education (in IT, business management, economics or related fields);
- impeccable reputation according to the requirements of the Aviation Law of the Republic of Lithuania.
