Nature of work
- You will be responsible for legal supervision of real estate, including land management issues: lease agreements, protection zones, easements, internal legal acts on property management, etc.;
- You will prepare and negotiate standard contracts and other legal documents;
- You will ensure compliance with legal requirements;
- You will identify and manage legal risks related to the company's activities;
- You will carry out legal supervision of real estate projects.
Employee requirements
- Higher university legal education;
- At least 3 years of legal work experience in the fields of real estate, land management and contract law;
- Knowledge of public procurement law (advantage);
- Ability to formulate thoughts smoothly and accurately, excellent argumentation and negotiation skills.
