Nature of work
- You will be responsible for the area of public procurement law: you will provide consultations on legal issues related to the implementation of procurement;
- You will prepare contracts: design, construction;
- You will supervise the assigned projects carried out by the company from the legal part (construction, contract law, etc.).
Employee requirements
- Higher university legal education;
- Experience in the field of public procurement, contract law;
- Knowledge of public procurement and civil law;
- Knowledge of document preparation requirements;
- Ability to formulate thoughts smoothly and accurately, excellent argumentation and negotiation skills.
