Nature of work
- You will provide legal advice on contract (design, construction) and related contracts (technical maintenance, expertise, etc.) contract execution issues;
- You will ensure proper supervision of contract execution, assess the risks of contractual relationships and provide proposals for their management;
- You will participate in the implementation of projects of the company's subsidiaries, provide legal assistance to project teams.
Employee requirements
- Higher university legal education;
- Experience in legal work in the field of construction contracting;
- You are focused on finding solutions and results;
- You are familiar with the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania, the Law on Public Procurement of the Republic of Lithuania, the Law on Procurement of Contracting Entities in the Field of Water Management, Energy, Transport or Postal Services, the Law on Construction of the Republic of Lithuania and other legal acts regulating the construction sector;
- You are familiar with the rules for preparing documents;
- You are able to formulate thoughts smoothly and accurately, have excellent argumentation and negotiation skills.
