We are looking for a law student who wants to not only deepen their theoretical knowledge, but also see up close how real legal issues are resolved in international projects. During the internship, you will work with contracts, analyze legal risks and get acquainted with the legal regulations of different countries.

What will you do after joining us?
- You will analyze subcontracts and main contracts and orders, help identify potential legal risks - from liability limits and penalties to payment terms and guarantees.
- You will draft contracts, claims and other documents in Lithuanian and English.
- You will delve into foreign law issues related to the posting of workers, occupational safety and corporate law in the United Kingdom, Finland and the Netherlands.
- You will participate in negotiations and internal meetings, get acquainted with the cooperation of the legal department with project managers.
- You will test artificial intelligence tools that help automate legal processes.
What do we expect from you?
- You are studying law in the 3rd–5th year or in the master's degree.
- You have a good command of English - a significant part of the documents are prepared in it.
- You are interested in international, contract and labor law.
- You are diligent, responsible and not afraid to look for answers independently.

What we offer you:
- The opportunity to see how an international corporate legal department works and what issues are faced in different jurisdictions.
- Practical assignments, the results of which contribute to real company projects.
- Internship manager – a legal department manager with experience in court, prosecutor's office, bar and business.
- Paid internship – 300–500 EUR (excluding taxes) per month, depending on the duration of the internship, workload and opportunities.
- The opportunity to count the internship as a mandatory study internship.
- Flexible schedule, which we will coordinate with your lectures.
