Responsibilities after joining the team:
- Ensure the legal validity of the group of companies' activities, conduct analysis of legal acts, provide recommendations on legal risks.
- Prepare, assess and coordinate drafts of contracts, public procurement, employment relations and other legal documents.
- Represent the company in courts, state institutions and in relations with partners and suppliers.
- Manage the Legal Department, delegate tasks, ensure the smoothness of legal processes and compliance with laws.
- Consult employees on legal issues, inform about changes in legal acts and ensure compliance with GDPR requirements.
- Monitor and manage legal risks related to the company's activities, promptly inform management about threats or violations.
Experience and qualities that will allow you to succeed:
- At least 5 years of legal work experience.
- At least 3 years of successful team management experience.
- Strong knowledge and practical experience in the field of corporate, public procurement, commercial and labor law.
- Knowledge and practical implementation of the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania, public procurement principles, labor law provisions, GDPR and the Civil Procedure Code.
- Ability to resolve complex legal issues, reconcile different interests and effectively conduct negotiations.
- Be an proactive, independent and result-oriented professional, ready to lead legal initiatives in the organization.
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
