You will be responsible for:
- Organization of the activities of the Legal Department;
- Compliance of the company's activities and purchased goods with the requirements of legal acts;
- All company contracts, their conclusion, coordination and compliance;
- Identification, assessment and provision of recommendations for legal risks;
- Resolution of company claims with partners;
- The process of digitizing legal contracts and implementing the program;
- Preparation, maintenance and compliance of documents, policies, procedures related to the company's activities with legal acts;
- Assistance to colleagues on various legal issues.
We appreciate your:
- Higher university education in the field of law;
- At least 5 years of legal work experience (in the fields of commercial/competition or transport law - an advantage);
- Legal knowledge and analytical thinking;
- Speed, attention to detail and responsibility;
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills;
- Good knowledge of English;
- Result-oriented, initiative and willingness to act.
