Nature of work
- Prepare, negotiate goods, services, contract and other contracts;
- Prepare, analyze, negotiate draft legal documents, requests, claims, procedural documents;
- Perform legal assessment by negotiating documents related to employment relations and other risks of the company's activities and propose solutions on how to manage them;
- Participate in dispute resolution and represent the interests of the company;
- Consult company employees on relevant legal issues;
- Track and systematize changes in legal acts, perform analysis and monitoring of legal acts.
Employee requirements
- Higher university education in the field of law;
- At least 3 years of practical work experience in the field of law;
- Strong knowledge and practical experience in the fields of corporate, public procurement, commercial and labor law;
- Ability to analyze legal information, prepare conclusions, and present ideas fluently and in a reasoned manner in writing and orally;
- Initiative, analytical thinking, attention to detail and strong argumentation skills;
- Result-oriented and ability to work in a team.
