Lawyer (Data Protection Officer)

Perform the functions of the Data Protection Officer under the GDPR;
Assess and modernize existing data management and protection mechanisms;
Collaborate with the management team to establish a data security culture throughout the organization;
Conduct internal training that will involve employees in actively participating in the protection of personal data;
Investigate and manage data security incidents, offering innovative solutions for their prevention;
Participate in projects that develop digital solutions, ensuring that they meet the highest data protection standards;
To the extent compatible with the functions of the Data Protection Officer, perform other functions assigned to the Company's lawyers.

You have a university degree in law;
You have acquired at least 1 year of work experience as a data protection officer (a total legal work experience of at least 3 years is desirable);
You are familiar with the GDPR and other legal acts relevant to the activities of a data protection officer;
You are distinguished by professionalism, initiative, organization, and orientation towards results
You communicate flawlessly in Lithuanian and English at level B2.

From 3500 to 4000 Eur/month. fixed remuneration (before taxes), DU will depend on the experience and competencies. According to the Remuneration Policy, up to 10 percent. variable remuneration is paid;
