NARBUTAS is currently looking for a Lawyer whose purpose is to ensure smooth management of labor law and labor relations in the organization, consulting managers and employees, managing legal risks and contributing to the creation and improvement of internal processes.

Average monthly wage: 2953 - 3687 €/month excluding taxes, depending on the hours actually worked.

NARBUTAS is currently looking for a Lawyer whose purpose is to ensure smooth management of labor law and labor relations in the organization, consulting managers and employees, managing legal risks and contributing to the creation and improvement of internal processes.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND OBJECTIVES:
- Consult the group on labor law and labor relations issues.
- Participate in resolving labor disputes, employee complaints, internal investigations and other issues related to labor relations.
- Prepare, review and coordinate labor relations-related documents, internal procedures and processes.
- Consult managers and employees on daily labor law issues and help manage related legal risks.
- Participate in internal group projects, contribute to the creation, review and improvement of processes.
- Contribute to the management of general legal issues and ensure mutual substitution in the Legal Department according to the needs of the activity.
FOR SUCCESSFUL WORK YOU WILL NEED:
- At least 2-3 years of work experience in the field of labor law and labor relations.
- Experience in the field of labor law and the ability to navigate other general legal issues (in the areas of contracts, GDPR, compliance or corporate law).
- Analytical thinking, the ability to quickly assess situations and make decisions.
- Good communication, cooperation and argumentation skills.
- Receptiveness, initiative, responsibility and the ability to work in a team.
- The ability to work in a dynamic environment, independently plan work and adapt to changing priorities.
- Good written and oral English skills (B2).
