We are currently looking for a Lawyer - Data Protection Officer who wants to be part of a motivated and ambitious team and together with the organization to achieve, grow and find innovative solutions.
YOUR MAIN TASKS:
- You will actively participate in the lending process, provide legal advice and seek the most appropriate solutions;
- You will prepare and coordinate loan, surety, subordination and other agreements, internal documents and other documents related to the organization's activities;
- You will implement the functions of the Personal Data Protection Officer;
- You will assist colleagues in implementing regulatory requirements arising from the specifics of the organization's activities;
- You will consult colleagues on legal and personal data management issues;
- You will contribute your insights and suggestions to the team responsible for the successful recovery of debts;
- I will cooperate and communicate with colleagues and external organizations.
YOU WILL NEED:
- At least 1 year of legal work experience. Experience in preparing mortgage transactions or in the field of finance and/or banking is a great advantage;
- Education. It is important for us that you have a higher university education in the field of law or are in your final year;
- Diligence in preparing documents, analytical thinking, the ability to critically evaluate and analyze information.
