ABOUT THE COMPANY:
Our partner is a group of specialized engineering systems installation and construction contracting companies, implementing large-scale building modernization and engineering infrastructure projects.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepare and evaluate contract, subcontract and design contracts, administer their amendments and legal issues during project implementation.
- Manage legal situations related to additional work, payments, deadlines, damages, defects and warranties.
- Assess contractual and project risks, foresee possible legal consequences and propose practical solutions for their management.
- Prepare claims and responses to them, contribute to the management of pre-trial disputes and represent the interests of the company in relations with customers, subcontractors, administrators and institutions.
- Consult project managers and other teams on contract and public procurement issues.
- Assess public procurement and public funding requirements and legal risks related to their implementation.
THE COMPANY OFFERS:
- Salary: 3,300 – 4,132 EUR (gross) per month, depending on experience and level of professional competence.
- An independent role in which you will not only assess legal issues, but also have the space to propose solutions and influence their adoption.
REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 3 years of independent work experience in the fields of civil, contract and construction/contract law.
- Business approach to law – ability to find practical solutions for projects.
- Professional strength and ability to demand results and resolve responsibility issues with project managers and subcontractors in a reasoned manner.
- Ability to plan your time and maintain a high level of attention in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent knowledge of the logic of public procurement (or have a strong legal foundation to quickly master it).
