Your main tasks will be:
- Providing legal advice;
- Preparing contracts, internal documents and other legal documents related to the activities of the KREDA group;
- Legal supervision of the implementation of compliance and specific regulatory requirements (in the financial sector);
- Supervision of assigned corporate governance processes;
- Implementing a culture of compliance among employees (preparing training on compliance);
- Communication and interaction with KREDA group employees.
You will need:
- Work experience and knowledge. We expect that you have at least 2 years of legal work experience in the field of finance and (or) banking. Work experience in the field of Compliance would be your advantage.
- Education. It is important for us that you have a higher university education in the field of law;
- Personal qualities and other competencies: You are meticulous in preparing documents and are able to think analytically when critically evaluating and analyzing documents.
