Nature of work
BCB group, UAB is looking for a lawyer who would work on the legal issues of the group of companies and directly advise the directors of the group of companies.
We are looking for someone who understands business, knows how to assess legal risks and is able to offer practical solutions.

You will be responsible for:
- preparation and coordination of group contracts and other legal documents;
- supervision of legal issues related to real estate, lease, sublease, construction, contracting and subcontracting;
- legal assessment of purchase and sale transactions of companies, businesses, property, shares/parts;
- non-payment of tenants, breaches of contracts, damages, fines, late payment interest and recovery issues;
- preparation of claims, responses, warnings, agreements and other legal documents;
- coordination of insured events, compensation for damage, liability of contractors/subcontractors and disputes;
- corporate law issues, including assessment of UAB, AB, KŪB and other legal forms;
- identification and management of legal risks and consulting group directors on legal issues.
We appreciate your:
- higher legal education;
- at least 3 years of legal work experience;
- experience in contracts, real estate, lease, contracting, corporate or business law;
- ability to independently assess legal risks and propose practical solutions;
- responsibility, initiative, independence and confidentiality;
- ability to communicate clearly with managers, colleagues and external partners.
Advantage:
- experience working with a group of companies;
- experience in company/business purchase and sale transactions;
- experience in real estate, construction, leasing, contracting or subcontracting;
- experience in resolving debts, claims, compensation and recovery issues;
- experience working as an in-house lawyer or in a law firm.
