At UAB "Mana ranga", we are looking for a responsible and systematic team member who would manage the legal processes of contracts, insurance, and project coordination in real estate projects.
Nature of work
- preparation, coordination and administration of general contracting and subcontracting contracts and their annexes using a specialized contract management program;
- preparation of claims as needed;
- administration of insurance policies and insured events;
- ordering technical and design conditions;
- preparation of requests to coordinating institutions;
- tracking deadlines and responses in specialized programs.

- you have experience in the legal field, working with construction, real estate or design projects;
- you are able to work carefully, structured and independently;
- you have basic knowledge of mathematics and Excel;
- you want to contribute to the improvement of internal processes.
