If you are interested in:
- Prepare, evaluate and negotiate various commercial, supply, service, purchase and sale and other contracts;
- Provide legal advice to managers and business units;
- Prepare, update and maintain internal legal acts, orders, policies and procedures;
- Ensure compliance of the company's activities with applicable legal acts;
- Prepare procedural and other legal documents;
- Represent the company's interests in state institutions, in relations with third parties and in cooperation with external legal consultants;
- Manage and coordinate legal issues related to the activities of the group of companies in Lithuania and foreign countries;
- Monitor changes in legal acts in Lithuania and foreign jurisdictions and provide recommendations on their implementation;
- Participate in the implementation of compliance, corporate governance and risk management projects;
- Coordinate cooperation with external legal consultants and law firms.
If you:
- You have a university degree in law;
- You have at least 5 years of legal work experience in a business company or law firm;
- You have experience in preparing, evaluating and negotiating commercial, supply, service, purchase and sale and other business contracts;
- You have experience in preparing internal legal acts, procedures and policy documents of the company;
- You have experience in consulting managers and business units on legal and compliance issues;
- You are familiar with the civil, labor, corporate and commercial law of the Republic of Lithuania;
- You are able to independently resolve legal issues, prepare documents and represent the interests of the company;
- You are able to analyze changes in legal acts and assess their impact on business activities;
- You have excellent analytical, planning and work organization skills;
- You have good command of English (verbal and written);
- You have experience working in an international group of companies (an advantage);
- You have experience in coordinating legal activities in different countries (advantage);
- You have experience in the food industry, manufacturing or export sector (advantage);
- You have experience in compliance, corporate governance or risk management (advantage).
