- Review, assessment and preparation of contracts and other legal documents;
- Preparation of internal and corporate documents of the company;
- Identification of legal risks, their assessment and management, provision of conclusions and recommendations on operational issues;
- Consulting employees on legal issues in various areas (contracts, labor law, personal data protection, etc.);
- Representation of the company in relations with third parties, natural and legal persons, state institutions, other institutions, courts;
- Ensuring compliance of the activities carried out with legal acts.
Employee requirements
- Higher university education in the field of law;
- Critical, analytical thinking, diligence, duty, responsibility;
- Organization, initiative;
- Good computer skills (knowledge of Microsoft Word, Microsoft 365 functionalities);
- English. written, oral;
- Communicative skills, ability to present thoughts clearly orally and in writing, to respond quickly to emerging problems and offer alternative solutions;
- Strategic thinking, result orientation, initiative, ability to work in a team.
