● Preparation of a wide range of contracts (purchase-sale, lease, contract, etc.).
● Participation in M&A transactions and corporate reorganization processes.
● Consulting group companies on various legal issues (contracts, employment relations, GDPR, etc.).
● Preparation and submission of documents to institutions and organizations.
● Preparation and review of internal documents and procedures of companies and ensuring compliance with legal acts.

● 4+ years of experience working in a linear field, experience in a group of companies is an advantage.
● Higher university education in law (master's degree).
● Knowledge of the laws and other regulatory legal acts and case law of the Republic of Lithuania, the ability to
properly interpret and apply them in practice.
● Experience in engineering, construction, energy and/or M&A is an advantage.
● Ability to work in a dynamic, project-based environment, meeting deadlines.
● Ability to independently manage legal issues in projects, make decisions.
● Excellent knowledge of contract law.
● Excellent knowledge of English (working with English transactions and documents).
● Analytical thinking, attention to detail, responsibility, result-oriented.
