Main responsibilities:
- Preparation, coordination, legal assessment of contracts and other documents, letters and provision of related consultations;
- Preparation of internal documents of the company, ensuring their compliance with applicable legal acts and procedures in force in the company;
- Assistance in preparing draft decisions of the company's management bodies;
- Preparation of procedural documents and representation of the company in courts and various institutions;
- Provision of legal conclusions to management and employees regarding optimization of activities and risk management;
- Participation in public procurement commissions, providing comments on drafts of public procurement conditions and other related documents;
- Management of legal issues of personal data protection, ensuring compliance with the GDPR;
- Resolving other legal issues arising in the company's activities.
Requirements for the candidate:
- Higher legal education;
- At least 3 years of legal work experience;
- Knowledge of the laws and other regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Latvia and case law, the ability to properly interpret and apply them in practice;
- Ability to independently prepare procedural documents;
- Ability to independently manage legal issues and make decisions;
- Analytical thinking, attention to detail, responsibility, result orientation.
