Currently, “Mana ranga” is expanding its team and invites a Lawyer to join, who wants not only to administer processes, but also to realize their ideas, to actively contribute to the development of the company and the development of growing real estate and construction projects.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Preparation, coordination and administration of general contracting and subcontracting contracts and their annexes
- Work with contract and document management systems, monitoring deadlines and validity periods
- Preparation and administration of internal documents (including amendments to employment contracts)
- Preparation of claims and communication with responsible institutions
- Administration of insurance policies and insured events
- Ordering technical and design conditions
- Improvement of contracts and internal processes and efficient use of systems

- Salary from 3300 to 3800 EUR (before taxes)

- Experience working with contracts (in the areas of contracting, subcontracting, real estate or design - an advantage)
- Diligence, structured thinking and the ability to independently organize your work
- Excel and calculation skills
- Want to contribute to the improvement and efficiency of internal processes
- Ability to use modern tools (including AI) to perform daily tasks
