Nature of work
Preparation and review of legal documents (letters, claims, responses, procedural documents, internal documents, etc.);
Analysis and legal assessment of company contracts;
Providing legal advice to company managers and employees on daily operational issues;
Preparation and updating of company internal documents, ensuring their compliance with applicable legal acts;
Representation of company interests in state institutions and courts (civil, administrative, labor cases);
Assessment of legal risks and proposing preventive solutions in order to ensure smooth and legally compliant company operations.

Requirements:
Higher university legal education;
Legal work experience (experience in a company is an advantage);
Good knowledge of the legislation of the Republic of Lithuania and the ability to apply them in practice;
Understanding of contract law and business processes;
Ability to independently plan and organize one's work;
Responsibility, diligence, analytical thinking;
Good written and oral communication and legal argumentation skills.
Legal work experience (experience in a company is an advantage);
