Nature of work
- Representation of the Company's interests in the courts of the Republic of Lithuania, pre-trial dispute resolution and other institutions, bailiffs' and notary offices (on legal disputes related to the Company's activities and interests);
- Representation of the Company, as needed, in relations with third parties and participation in negotiations;
- Preparation of responses to third parties and institutions on behalf of the Company and participation in their preparation;
- Preparation and coordination of draft contracts and their terms related to the Company's activities, assessment of their compliance with the requirements of legal acts;
- Provision of legal consultations and conclusions on issues related to the Company's activities and management;
- Consulting the Company's employees on legal issues of work activities;
- Participation in the legislative process of legal acts related to the Company's activities - providing comments, preparing proposals.
We hope that the future colleague
- Has a higher university education (lawyer qualification);
- Has at least 3 years of legal work experience;
- Has a good command of English (at least B2 level);
- Has good computer skills in MS office;
- Knows and is able to apply the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania regulating the activities of the Company;
- Is results-oriented, independent, able to communicate with clients and interested parties and has good negotiation skills.
