We are looking for an experienced lawyer who would contribute to the company's activities by ensuring the preparation, evaluation and coordination of professional contracts, especially for contracting and construction. We will entrust you with the preparation of legal documents, risk analysis, consulting colleagues and representing the company in institutions and negotiations. If you have experience in commercial or construction project law - we are waiting for you to join our team.
What responsibilities will we entrust?
- Prepare, coordinate and administer contract, subcontract, supply, design, service and other commercial contracts.
- Actively participate in negotiations with Clients, Contractors and Subcontractors and moderate contractual meetings.
- Assess contractual, commercial and project risks and propose practical solutions for their management.
- Consult project managers and the company team on construction, contract and commercial law issues.
- Represent the company's interests in relations with partners, institutions and other parties.
- Contribute to the development of internal legal processes, standardization of contracts and risk management system.
We hope you
- You have a higher legal education.
- You have at least 3-5 years of experience in the field of commercial, construction or contract law.
- You are well versed in construction law and contract practice.
- You have practical experience working with general contracting, contracting, subcontracting or infrastructure projects.
- You are able to independently manage negotiations and make decisions in a dynamic project environment.
- You are able to communicate clearly in both Lithuanian and English.
- You are result-oriented, responsible and problem-solving.
