In this position, you will contribute to ensuring the legal activities of the company and improving processes. Your work will include preparing internal documents, administering contracts, managing legal risks, and representing the company in institutions and negotiations. This is a position where analytical thinking, the ability to make decisions, and ensuring that the company's activities meet all legal requirements are important.
Your responsibilities:
- Representation of the organization in B2B business relations, as well as in state institutions, negotiations and disputes, preparation of necessary documentation in English and Lithuanian;
- Participation in the resolution of disputes (judicial and arbitration): consulting, preparation of procedural documents in English and Lithuanian, and performance of other tasks related to the resolution of disputes;
- Preparation and review of various organizational documentation and contracts (purchase-sale, supply, services, lease, etc.);
- Consulting employees and managers on business risks related to corporate law, law of obligations, contract law and other commercial law issues.

We hope that:
- You have a university degree in law (LL.M. obtained at a foreign university is an advantage);
- 3–4 years of work experience in the field of law;
- Excellent oral and written English skills (Russian would be an advantage);
- Very good computer skills (MS Office package);
- Excellent project management skills;
- Analytical thinking, independence, attention to detail and communication skills.
